What is the difference between mobspine company account and mobspine staff account?

Mobspine company account is for companies sending out requests, and the account you pay for.
The mobspine staff account is a free account for receiving requests.

To be able to sign up for a mobspine staff account you have to be invited from a mobspine company account.

Can I have both types of account?

If you have a mobspine company account it´s also a staff account, which means you can recieve requests on the same account.

Can I end my account at any time?

Yes! For mobspine company account you pay monthly. You can end it whenever you want. After that, your account will turn into a mobspine free staff account. If you don´t want a mobspine staff account you can end it whenever you want to.

If I exceed my account limitations, what do I do?

You can always pay a small fee to unlock more features or upgrade to a larger account.

Is the only limitation in the large account, total numbers of managers?

What are the difference between small. medium and large mobspine company accounts?

Using a small account allows you to staff/request one job/position per day. It´s perfect for you with a small business, sports team, touring band or similar.

Using medium account gives you the opportunity to use projects. In a project you can include up to five positions on the same job, each individual dates, times and information. You can also assign managers in different levels, what they are allowed to change, to manage or to take over the projects for you. By using our project solution you will have a very fast and effective way to staff up smaller events, retail stores, catering business and more.

The large account has no limitations at all regarding how many jobs/projects/positions you can manage at the same time or day. It´s a great account for large companies with bigger projects and lots of staff in different positions to fill. For example festivals, restaurants, staffing agencies, tours and much more.
